Additional run charge: $1.00(G) per name
Random samples are shipped USPS to US locations only, limit two pens. A shipper account number is required for more than two pens or for expedicted shipping requests. Plesae ensure complete shipping informatoin is included in your email for timely prodcessing. Tracking information will be proivded via automatic email. All Fine writing sample requests require a shipper account number (MR Collections, FriXion Ball LX, G2Ltd., and Dr. Grips). Send sample request to promosamples@pilotpen.com. Allow 1-2 days for processing.

Return Policy
Pilot must be notified within 60 days from receipt of merchandise of an intent to return a product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Over/Under-Runs: Pilot reserves the right to invoice and ship 5% over/under the quantity ordered

Warranty
All Product sold by Pilot is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defeats in material and workmanship. Pilot will replace any material found to be defective. Imprint is guaranteed for 60 days after shipping.
Pricing
Every effort has been made to identify and project material costs. Due to the volatility of crude oil prices and the associated impact on raw material costs, we reserve the right to change catalog prices at any time without notice if necessary. If this is required, we will communicate the changes in due course. We understand and regret the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers.
